Terms and Conditions for the Zero Sievert #MakeShiftRun Competition

  1. Organizer This competition ("the Competition") is organized by Modern Wolf ("the Organizer"). The Competition pertains to the video game Zero Sievert and is governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Eligibility 

2.1. The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union aged 18 or older. 

2.2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

  1. Entry Requirements 

3.1. To participate, entrants must: a) Record a video of themselves starting a new game of Zero Sievert on any difficulty and unlocking and spawning into the second map, Makeshift Camp, as quickly as possible. b) Ensure no mods or video editing are used. Dying during the attempt is permitted. c) Upload the video to YouTube and include the hashtag #MakeShiftRun in the video description. d) Submit the YouTube video link in the "Events" channel on the official Zero Sievert Discord server. 

3.2. Submissions that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified.

  1. Competition Period 

4.1. The Competition begins on 23rd January 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (local time) on 7th February 2025. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. 

4.2. Winners will be announced on February 13th 2025 via the official Zero Sievert Discord server.

  1. Judging and Prizes 

5.1. Entries will be judged based on the three fastest recorded times to unlock and

spawn into the Makeshift Camp map. 

5.2. The three fastest participants will each receive physical merchandise as prizes.

The exact prizes will be detailed in the Competition announcement. 

5.3. Winners will be required to provide their full name and shipping address to

receive their prizes. Failure to provide this information within 14 days of the winner

announcement will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

5.4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for

cash or other alternatives.

  1. Submission Rules 

6.1. Entrants must ensure their submission complies with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. 

6.2. The use of mods, hacks, or edited gameplay footage will result in

disqualification. 

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submission.

  1. Personal Data 

7.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their

personal data (name and address) solely for the purpose of prize distribution. 

7.2. The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data

protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

7.3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for

shipping the prizes.

  1. General Terms 

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition at any time

without prior notice. 

8.2. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the Competition is final and

binding. 

8.3. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Limitation of Liability The Organizer accepts no responsibility for technical issues, submission failures, or any other issues beyond their reasonable control that may impact participation in the Competition.
  2. Governing Law This Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union, as applicable to the participant’s country of residence.
